Training Of The Day

Strength

L1, L2, L3
Front Squat 65% x 3 70% x 3 75% x 3 80% x 3+

Conditioning

L1
EMOM for 20:00
Even: 2 DB Thrusters
Odd: 2 Burpees
Add 2 Thrusters and 2 Burpees to each rd

L2
EMOM for AMRAP
Even: Pwr Clean + FS + Thruster @ 40% Front Squat 1RM
Odd: 2 Target Burpees ( must have to leave the ground, can use rings as well )
Add 1 thruster to the complex  and 2 Target Burpees to each round until you fail to complete all reps in that round.
1 full round will be complex + burpees.

L3
EMOM for AMRAP
Even: Full Clean + FS + Thruster 115/75
Odd: 2 Target Burpees ( must have to leave the ground, can use rings as well )
Add 1 thruster to the complex and 2 Target Burpees to each round until you fail to complete all reps in that round.
1 full round will be complex + burpees.
