Skill Work

OH Squat Tech. If your feeling good go for a 1RM.


As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


5 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
15 Overhead squats (95 lbs)

or both if your feeling frisky!
