Build to a heavy Turkish Get up ( must be completed with both arms )

Competitor Muscle up + Ring Dip 3×1+5 ( weighted if possible )

Conditioning

100 Pull Ups
On minutes 4, 8, 12, 16 run 200m

Competitor
100 Pull Ups
100 Ring Push Ups
On minutes 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 row 250m
