Training Of The Day

Partner 25:00 AMRAP
50 Air Squats
40 Abmat Sit Ups
30 KBS
20 Cal Row or 400m Run
10 Burpees

Partners must complete the 1st exercise before moving to the next and you must stay in order. Partners can split up the reps as needed including the run or row. Both partners can run 200m together to complete the 400 or each row 10 cals.
