20 T2B or Med Ball Sit Ups
20 KBS
20 Air Squats
200m Run

Partner not doing T2B must be in a Plank Position
Partner not doing KBS must hold a plate overhead 45/25
Partner not doing air squats must Dead Hang from the bar
Both Partners must run together
