20 Partner Wall Ball Toss L1, L2: 20/14 L3: 30/20 ( Toss the ball over the pull up bar to your partner just like a wall ball, each partner does 20 tosses )
10 DB or KB Burpee Box Step Overs 20″ Box L1, L2: 35/25 L3 45/35lb DBs ( Each Partner does 10 reps and can alternate reps as needed )
800m Med Ball Run
