100 DU’s each Partner
80 Russian KBS
60 Med Ball Clean
40 Burpees to 45lb Plate
20 Turkish Get Up
Partners can split up each exercise except for DU’s. Must complete each exercise before moving to the next. Choose weights but make it challenging.
