1 Person Starts at each station. Once everyone completes all their reps at that station everyone can rotate stations. The person on the row will keep track of the rounds. Each time you come off the row you will put 1 tick mark (1 rd) on a whiteboard. Score is total rds ( Tick Marks ) in 20 min.
