There will no longer be an “RX” or “Competitor” program. Throughout this cycle you will either fall into L1, L2, or L3. For this cycle you will be able to choose which program bet suits your needs. At the end of this cycle we are going to be testing for each level. Based off of your benchmarks and your maxes you will fall into either L1, L2 or L3. If you complete a workout as prescribed then you will mark RX on the whiteboard. If you have to sale it then you will say “scaled” and annotate the scaled exercise. Also throughout this training cycle we will be working on Push Ups, Sit Ups, Turkish Get Ups, and Pull Ups for our Accessory work.
