We will be testing over the next two week. Be ready to max out on all the lifts we have been doing during our strength cycle.  We will also be running through our benchmark workouts so rest up.

Back Squat
Find your 1 rep max.



As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


For time:
1000 meter row
50 Thrusters (45 lbs)
30 Pull-ups
