Front Squat 5-5-5+ @ 72%

Conditioning

EMOM for AMRAP
1st min: 5 Front Squat @ 45% of your 1RM
2nd min: 5 Box Jumps 24/20
3rd min: 5 DU’s
4th min: 6 FS
5th min: 6 Box Jump
6th min: 10 DU’s
Continue to add 1 rep to the FS and Box Jumps and 5 reps for the DU’s until you cannot complete a round.

Competitor
EMOM for AMRAP
1st min: 5 FS starting at 40% of your 1RM ( add 10lbs each set but stay at 5 reps )
2nd min: 5 Box Jumps 24/20 ( add 2 reps each set )
3rd min: 15 DU’s ( add 5 reps each set )

Accessory ( if time available… meaning if you finish early then get your ass in a plank )   

Plank Holds :10 on :20 off  x 5 rds
