Even min 5 Pull Ups

After every 4 min ( 2 rds of Thrusters ) add 20 lbs to the bar. ( scale by only adding 5 to 10 lbs at a time )

Competitor
EMOM for AMRAP
ODD 5 Thrusters starting at 95/65
Even C2B Pull Ups

Add 20 lbs to the bar after every 2 rds of thrusters.
Continue until you fail to complete all reps in the minute.
