Odd: 3 Wall Ball
Add 3 Wall Ball to each rd

L2
EMOM for AMRAP
Even: 200m Sprint
Odd: 1 Thruster 115/75
Continue to add 1 Thruster each rd.
If you do not make the run under the minute then I guess you just have less time to do your Thrusters. Run Faster!

L3
EMOM for AMRAP
Even: 250m Row
Odd: 3 Thrusters @ 135/95
Guys add 10 lbs Ladies add 5 lbs to every set of Thrusters.
