Front Squat 5-5-5+ @ 70%


EMOM for 20 min
Even: 5 Wall Balls 20/14 add 2 Wall Ball ea round
Odd: 100m Sprint

You will start your first min doing 5 wall balls and rest the remainder of that min. Starting the second min you will run 100m and rest the remainder of that min. If you do not finish the run in under a min then you will have less time to finish the next round of wall balls. Wall Balls will go up by 2 reps ea round.

20 min EMOM
Even: 5 Thruster 95/65 add 2 rep ea round
Odd: 200m Sprint
